How To Make Your Own Protein Bars

It is common that you would find yourself hungry after a workout and the risk with this is that you would eat anything you come across without checking its components. Well, when you can make your own protein bars, you would be sure that you would perfectly sort out this issue and you will be safe always. 1. 1 cup unflavored or vanilla protein powder
2. 1 cup plain flour
3. 1 cup peanut butter

2. Once blended, pour it onto a baking tray and put it in the freezer for some hours.
3. Remove it and slice it into bars.
4. Return it to the freezer and you are set.
5. It is ready for eating, now next time you come from working out, you would have something familiar to quench your hunger real quick as you prepare your meal.

You can make your experience better and easier when you are making these protein bars. Occasionally, you may realize that the flour is too much, then adding a little more peanut butter would be necessary. You would realize that it would not take too much.

In cases where the mixture seems to be too light, you would need to add some more flour. Again, only a little would do. The idea is to have as perfect a finish as possible and this should be ensured before freezing is done.

You would most likely find the bars better when they are solid hard. But, they do not necessarily have to stay in the freezer, once the bars are rock hard, you can bring them and out and just put them in the fridge.
