		<description>I have definitely found that protein powders help!  I looked into it and found that whey protein is good, but even moreso is hydrolized whey protein.  I&#039;ve tried quite a few products, and found Proto Whey powder made by BNRG to be especially beneficial because of this.  The hydrolized protein is much more easily absorbed by the body than the protein found in many products that are out there.  Another product i have found is Syntha 6, for the same reason.  I lean toward Proto Whey because of the taste.</description>
